If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us here
and we will provide you with a response shortly after. We do not accept returns on
customized products that you have approved. We require approval on all custom products.
In the event of a sizing issue or a flaw, we want to work with you to make it right. If we have the new size in stock we would be happy to exchange the item if the item to be returned is in its original condition, not worn, not washed. All tags and labels must be intact. If there is an obvious flaw, please send us a picture prior to sending it back. We need to review all returns first.
It Is important that you use these instructions to make your return/exchange as smooth
1. Please avoid sending a product before contacting us. There is no guarantee of a refund.
2.Unfortunately We CAN NOT accept returns by private companies such as:
UPS / DHL / TNT/ Fed Express Etc.
3. USA customers: Please ship your parcel via First Class USPS service only. Most items should fit in their packaging.
It is the cheapest and most smooth service. Shipping return charges are your responsibility.
5. Make sure to track your return by asking USPS for notifications.

We will reserve your exchange product (if we have it) as soon as you give us the tracking number. We will do our best to ship your new product to you ASAP :) assuming we have it.
